Wern Solutions provides the following professional technology services:
Design, development, and deployment of custom technology tools, API integrations, workflow automations, and enterprise software solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Expert consulting services including systems analysis, digital transformation strategy, project management, and technology implementation consulting. Services are delivered by qualified technology professionals and may be provided in collaboration with RethynkTech specialists.
As an authorized Meta Tech Provider, Wern Solutions provides end-to-end onboarding of the WhatsApp Business API, including:
WhatsApp Business API services are subject to Meta's policies and approval. Wern Solutions does not guarantee API approval, as final decisions rest with Meta Platforms, Inc.
As an official strategic partner of RethynkTech, we may deliver services that integrate with or leverage the RethynkTech Business Cloud, Connect, Operations, Analytics, or Workflow Engine platforms.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Clients engaging Wern Solutions' services agree to:
All services are provided under a written service agreement, proposal, or statement of work that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms and Conditions apply to all such agreements unless explicitly superseded in writing.
Service fees are established in individual service proposals. Prices are denominated in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in each agreement. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including IVA) unless stated otherwise.

Either party may terminate a service agreement per the cancellation terms specified in the signed contract. Early termination by the client may result in cancellation fees as outlined in the agreement.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation, is the property of Wern Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use custom-developed deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Wern Solutions retains ownership of underlying frameworks, tools, templates, and methodologies developed during service delivery.
Technologies, platforms, or tools provided by RethynkTech that are incorporated into delivered solutions remain subject to RethynkTech's own licensing terms and intellectual property rights.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service relationship for a period of three (3) years, unless a longer period is specified in the service agreement. Exceptions apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Clients using WhatsApp Business API services provided or facilitated by Wern Solutions must:
Important: Wern Solutions acts as a facilitator for Meta's Tech Provider program. Final approval decisions for business verification and WhatsApp Business API access are made exclusively by Meta Platforms, Inc. Wern Solutions cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes.
Clients whose Meta accounts are suspended or terminated due to policy violations will not be entitled to refunds for services already rendered.
Wern Solutions provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
To the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law and applicable regulations, Wern Solutions shall not be liable for:
In any case, Wern Solutions' total liability to a client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, in the three (3) months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wern Solutions, its partners (including RethynkTech), directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Centro, Tabasco, Mexico. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Wern Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For active service contracts, material changes to Terms that affect ongoing services will be communicated directly to clients with at least 15 calendar days' notice.
